Our Team

  • Richard Gordon

Mr. Gordon has extensive experience in the development of procedures to perform Utility Bill Analyses (Energy Accounting), establishment of detailed Energy Baselines and Energy Modeling for Investment Grade Audits, Demand Side Management and Energy Performance Service Contracts, Utility Rebate Programs and in the development of Data Acquisition Systems (a key component in Measurement and Verification Programs). The experience and knowledge gained from these activities and extensive HVAC and plumbing system design experience, provides the backbone for designing Ground Coupled Heat Pump (GCHP) systems for both retrofit and new facilities since 1993.

  • Tei A. Gordon

Tei has over 30 years of experience in international business and trade, working with the cross-border commercialization of technologies; for the last twelve years specializing in cutting-edge ground-sourced heat exchangers and working with partners to expand their use globally.

  • Ryan Green (a.k.a. Verde)

Ryan has been in the commercial HVAC and energy efficiency industry for almost 15 years. He's currently the Electrification Products Specialist for Blackmore and Glunt in Aurora, CO. Early on in his career, he was mentored by several industry pioneers on the design and installation of geothermal heat exchange systems. The use of heat pumps to offset fossil fuel heating and water heating completely or partially has been central to his career development ever since. From net-zero multifamily apartments to geothermal cannabis grow houses to low-carbon district energy systems utilizing wastewater heat recovery, Ryan has been fortunate to have been involved with some of the nation’s largest and most influential projects – all with a central theme – heat pumps.
